Abigail leads Rubicon’s asset and in-house property management team. She oversees tenant relations and property operations to ensure all properties maintain a strong financial position, comply with contractual, regulatory, and statutory reporting requirements, as well as fulfill the needs and expectations of our tenants and communities. Abigail is also part of the development/project management team and oversees tenant improvement projects for our existing facilities.
Abigail holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Managerial Accounting, and is an Honors College Scholar from Southern Oregon University. She is also an MBA candidate at Pepperdine University 2024.
