DANIEL BUNN

President & Chief Executive Officer

Daniel is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has more than 15 years of experience with Rubicon having previously served as the company’s Vice-President in charge of finance and real estate contracting. In his current role he oversees the growth and development of the company, including the alignment of complex financial strategies with the needs of our tenants and communities.

He has recently been appointed to Governor Kotek’s Housing Production Advisory Council, a group created under Executive Order 23-04 to provide specific recommendations to the Governor for policy changes and investments supporting Oregon’s housing needs. He is currently a director for ACCESS, Southern Oregon’s Community Action Agency, a federally chartered 501(c)(3). Daniel holds a BA in Economics and Political Science and an MBA from Pepperdine University, a postgraduate diploma in financial strategy from University of Oxford’s Saïd School of Business, and certificates in Governing Family Enterprises and Family Enterprise Boards from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Additionally, he currently serves as an MSF Executive Fellow for Georgetown University’s Masters of Science in Finance Program.

Previously, Daniel chaired the budget committees for the City of Medford and the Medford Urban Renewal Agency and was a member of the Medford Board of Water Commissioners, a public utility serving 130,000 residents. He has also served as a member of the Medford Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation Commission, and as an elected member of the City Council.
