Dustin oversees the day-to-day operations of the Northern Oregon and Washington region properties within Rubicon’s portfolio. He is responsible for overseeing general building maintenance and delivery of first-class service to tenant requests. He serves as the first point of contact for preventative and corrective repair work throughout the region, working in conjunction with the rest of the property management team to build and track building maintenance budgets as well as condition reporting. Dustin is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
