George Bunn was one of the first settlers and founders of the railroad town of Wishram, Washington. He was born to pioneer parents in Wasco, Oregon in the year 1888, and by the age of 22 George was a landowner and a storekeeper. George’s children, Dan and Bob, worked a lifetime continuing their father’s success. From Eastern Washington to Southern Oregon, the Bunn Brothers created a substantial business. Dan eventually left Wishram to develop property in Oregon’s Willamette Valley with his son Eric. As time progressed, Eric further expanded the business from rural property development into commercial real estate. Dan and Eric formed Rubicon Investments and continued to focus on real estate development throughout the Pacific Northwest. Today, Daniel Bunn, Eric’s son, leads a team of highly skilled professionals in the commercial real estate and financial sectors. Rubicon Investments has continued to expand for generations and has a strong portfolio and investment strategy.
