Justin is principally in charge of Rubicon’s real property development and portfolio management. He joined Rubicon with more than twenty years’ executive-level experience managing healthcare, government office, and general commercial office construction, with an annual budget of more than $100 Million and a portfolio value of more than $1 Billion. During his career, Justin has developed a team-focused, modified CMGC process that has received widespread recognition for its ability to reduce change orders, construction costs, and timelines, as well as exceed expectations from tenants and communities through transparent communication and engagement.

Justin is a past recipient of the Better Bricks Award for Oregon and SW Washington as well as being named one of the top 100 real estate leaders to watch by the Urban Land Institute. Additionally, he is a LEED accredited professional for building design and construction, and currently serves as the Board Treasurer of Rogue Valley Clean Cities Coalition, designated by the U.S. Department of Energy, and as a member of the Rogue Valley Area Commission on Transportation. He has also served for eight years as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Central Point and was appointed to the Governor’s Task Force on Sustainable School Facilities for the State of Oregon. He holds a BS in Innovation and Leadership from Southern Oregon University, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a certificate in Governing Family Enterprises from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
